I’ll start cheats again i guess hopefully by fall. I go to the gym 6 days a week so when I bulk i got no problem expending tons of calories.. i basically work out a lot already but right now I eat very little and do alot of cardio to cut the fat (probably eating too little for my lean muscle gains but i’ll take it.. some muscle better than none). But ya when i bulk i am going to eat 5 times a day.. chicken rice and broc! Maybe by t hen i won’t even crave ice cream or candy.. my cheat day can just be like pasta!

hi Adrian I have been doing your workouts for about two weeks now an average of 3-4 times a week 10-20 mins per workout counting my calories n eating n average of 2000 calories daily I weighed 330 pounds at starting however after two weeks I have only lost two pounds. I know I have gained muscle because my clothes fit way better n everyone is noticing my weight loss I am concerned with these two things
1. The fact that I am very overweight shouldn't my weight loss be more? if so what can I do?
2. Or does muscle building compensate for my little progress? .....thanks in advance
